I had the pleasure to work with Nikki at SAP Hybris. We worked on the same Agile scrum team, so I experienced her “attention to detail” type work ethic first-hand. Nikki was the sole technical editor on a big project with a very large amount of technical documentation submitted by non-native English speakers. She single-handedly whipped the quality of the API documentation content into shape, and also mentored the content submitters with useful writing tips. The pace was fast-paced, requiring knowledge of many different tools, and often in a developer’s environment. As a technical writer, I learned a lot from Nikki that I will carry forward in my career, and hope to cross paths with her again some day.
